Why I’m learning nocode and why I think you should too.
It’s been a while.
I am not writing a how-to today. Just reaching out to you and letting you know why I have been MISSING IN ACTION HERE.
I haven’t been working a lot for while now. Being learning how to build saas ( software as a service) products without writing a single line of code or with nocode tools.
While working with startup founders as a product marketer, I noticed a major problem for founders was getting devs to work with continuously.
Here’s the cycle.
- The founder thinks of a brilliant idea
- hire a couple of young dev to work on the dream
- young dev works for a while to launch version 1.
- Dev uses product v1 as a portfolio to get a higher-paying job
- The founder is stranded, and can’t continue with the project.
- Dream dies.
That’s the regular cycle. It can be really worse sometimes believe me.
Why I decided to learn to build products myself
I decided to learn to build products without writing code for two reasons.
- To launch my our saas products
- To teach other founders how to do the same.
Only 0.6% of the world’s population can code. Imagine the numbers of Africa 🙄. It won’t be good.
My tool of choice
I picked two major tools to start with:
- Bubble io: bubble io is a no-code tool for building saas applications. Big or small. Though with some steep learning curve, it’s worth everybit of the time invested in learning to use the tool. I was able to build a project management tool during the Bootcamp. The feeling was great really.
- Adalo: Adalo empowers almost anyone to build apps they could launch in google or apple play store within days. Meaning founders can now build their mobile app-centred idea without writing code. Adalo works great for both simple and complex applications.
On average, you will be spending $29 per month if you decide to build your next minimum viable product using either of the two tools above. That’s way cheaper than paying a team of developers or outsourcing your product abroad.
Here’s the catch.
Nocode is:
- Cheaper
- Easier to launch
- Enable you to build solo or with a small team
- you iterate faster
As I write this post, I am currently building a tool called sellfast that will allow African creatives to sell digital products within minutes to buyers in America, Europe and India. Am building it with bubble io. It’s 50% completed
Feel free to take a look at the value proposition here. Do remember to signup to join the waiting list should it please you.
Ps: Did I tell you I’m open to work now. Imagine what my experience in product marketing and nocode MVP development would do for the dream idea you’re currently working on.
Sweet right:

Am not closing this article without me knowing how you doing.
How are you, your work, family and all things important to you?
Keep going champ.
Cheers.
